Cottage cheese, 4% ....

I don't understand the while butterfat or milkfat thing on them. Is the 4% milk fat kind the least healthy? Like there's not a more fatty kind than that, it's like the deep fried twinkie of the cottage cheese world?

  • The higher the percentage of milk fat, the more fat & calories in the cottage cheese. It's like milk you drink....there's whole milk, 2%, 1%, skim, etc. There's less cream in the lower percentage, therefore less calories & fat.

Does that help make it clearer?
