  • from scratch.. I would like to know what i am putting into my body so I can avoid the fats of boxed or ready made dinners.

  • Depends, if it's from scratch then it's something quick on a work day, like spagettie, sloppy joes, ect. Though I try to have crockpot meals set up from when I have to work

  • I do my best to make it from scratch and a lot of times I will make several things on Sunday and then either freeze them or put them in the fridge for when I have to work late or am just running behind.
