Is there anything as drinking to much water?

  • Yes water intoxication just drink plenty but don't over do it too much will make you very sick.

  • med student here with a real answer. now yes your body does need water to flush away impurities. you can hit a point, once the impurities are flushed out, where the water begins to flush out everything else. it's done washing out the bad and now its washing out the good. it's like if you wash graffiti off your car, but then you just keep washing and eventually you wash the original paint off of it. you've washed away everything that you need to keep your body functioning and you die of water intoxication.

  • momofone725. How much is too much. It depends on the day and my actives of how much I really drink. Yesterday I had 13 cups of water. Today maybe only like 6 (but I'm not done). Does it also depend on where live? Like desert vic snow.
