  • I wasn't limited as a child, and I do not limit my children either. But if they are thirsty, then they have a choice of milk, water, or juice alternating each.

  • Not much. If I do, I water it down.

  • I didn't until they were over 7 because it gave my kid's the run's no matter how much I watered it down. Even then they got no more than 2 sippy cups a day

  • Maybe once a week. They don't really like juice much...

  • I always made an effort to keep it at about 8oz a day, if that. Now that they're relatively grown up, they make their own decisions about that sort of thing, but I still encourage them to keep it at about a glass a day.

  • None. I never buy it. They don't like it. They haven't had it in years! Except if someone gives them a CapriSun at a party.

  • About once a week. They used to drink too much but I cut it out. They get more juice in school than they do at home really - and they don't get it often there. When they do it's Juicy Juice (school).

  • Normally not much, they get it sometimes in their lunch at school, sometimes on the weekend. Water mostly.
