Any vitamins avaiable to strengthen enamel?

I have weak enamel & I have the toothpaste, pre-brush wash & the mouth wash. But, is there a supplement I can take to help as well?

  • once the enaml on your teeth is gone, its gone. The only thing u can do to keep the stuf u r using to help strengthen whats left and keeping car of it, maybe go to a denist and see if he cn give u RX to helpo strengthen more.

  • Or if enamel loss is significant, a dentist may cover the tooth with a crown to protect it from further damage, u can always get ahold of the dentist and get more options.

  • I agree with these ladies. Once it's gone, it's gone. Sadly, there's no way to regenerate tooth enamel. All you can do is care for your teeth to prevent further loss, and see your dentist about your options. Good luck!
