Making cabbage rolls today.I've made them before but I'm wondering about a couple things.
Is it better to just boil the entire head of cabbage at once and then remove the leaves as they soften?
Or take the leaves off and boil them individually?
It seems when I remove the leaves 1st that a lot of them are getting torn.
Is there a better method to this?
Also...is it better to stuff with raw meat and then cook or cook the meat first and stuff the rolls then?
