  • Sugar unless it is a diet issue, Splenda, but if you can afford it Truvia is awesome!

  • Sugar it only has 10 calories a teaspoon. Splenda on the other hand is a known cancer causer

  • Splenda is nasty chemically artificial sweetener. I'd use sugar given those choices.

  • It's better to just moderate your real sugar intake. artificial sweeteners are very bad for you.

  • If you drink coffee the best way to sweeten it is to use a flavored creamer.

  • brown sugar is just white sugar and molasses...

the natural one is always going to be the best choice in the long run. Everything in moderation!!!

  • Sugar. Artifical sweetners are HORRIBLE for the body. They are known to cause cancer, turn to formeldhyde in the body and NEVER leave the body. The ONLY people that should use artificial sweetners are diabetics. Artifical sweetners also cause migraines, worsen symptoms of MS, Lupus and many other diseases. Either use regular sugar in moderation, honey or learn to not use sugar at all.
