Bacterial infection..would you think this is contagious?

Not exactly sure what it is my friends daughter has, poor girl.
Doctors can't seem to pinpoint what it is. So they called it a bacterial infection and gave her yet ANOTHER antibiotic.
Are bacterial infections considered contagious?

  • It depends. Some bacterial infections aren't contagious, such as dental infections. but anything respiratory that gets breathed out like strep is highly contagious.

  • They didn't say an infection of what..which is weird to me. :/ Just called it a bacterial infection and gave her the antibiotic and sent her on her way...
