How do I train my baby to sleep earlier?

My daughter is 15 months at the end of this month. She always sleep around 9:30-10pm each night, sometime even later like 10:30-11am. She took 1 (2-3 hrs nap) or 2 (1 hr each) during day time. I do think she should sleep earlier. Any advises would be appreciated!

  • cut the nap times down and be consistent as to what time you put her to bed; also maybe start a routine such as bath, book cuddles and then bed

  • start bed time routine a half hour earlier each day until you reach the time you want her asleep.. a little at a time will do it. (start naps half hour earlier as well)

  • I say same time every night. Back the time up 15 minutes per week until you are at the time you want. Limit naps too :)
