White Chicken Chili.....

Ok, so I made a white chicken chili for the first time today, and I'd like to thicken it a little (it's very soupy). I'm out of beans..... Any ideas? Would a little flour work?

  • It's flour and butter that makes a rue...... or that's what i was taught anyways. Just take a couple of table spoons of butter, melt it and sprinkle flour until you get clumps then stir it into your chili.

  • I would mix some flour and water together to make a rue and pour it on in there to thicken it up.

  • a little corn starch mixed in water and then added will work too.
