2 Bumps

I have swollen calves and feet,what the best remedy to heal this?I think it's caused by some medicines I'm taking and one or two of the side effects are swollen legs...

I heard take a hot bath it relieves the swolleness but then I've heard to put ice on it?

  • You need to spend time sitting with your feet up. As in your but lower than your feet are in the air. It will help the fluid that accumulating to go back into your body

  • Listen to vbruno and drink plenty of water, eat carrots (natural diuretic), cut back on your salt, watch labels, rinse canned vegetables before cooking.

  • Sounds like u need to consult ur doc. an try low sodium diet. Like mentioned in prior post's read labels on products specialy canned food. Rinse ur vegies first before cooking them an when relaxing elevate ur feet, they say when u have swollen ankles it helps to have them elevated slightly higher then ur heart when lying down. I know its easier said then don, but it dose help a bit. good luck an hope things get better
