  • DD will be 5 end of the month, during the week bedtime is 7:30 weekends 8ish (more flexible). We let it slid occassionally, but often when she doesn't get enough sleep she gets sick within the next week. Lately we've been letting it slide a bit more, but she's oversleeping in the morning and that's not helpful so we've got to get back on top of things .

  • My 2 1/2 year old son goes to bed at 8-830 every night unless its a family function/holiday that is only happening once ... and my youngest who's just over 2months goes to bed from 1030-11 and sleeps until about 630 when he isn't sick but I am strict when it comes to bed times ...

  • Mine are 2 1/2 and 1 and they go to sleep at 7pm. My oldest needs his wind-down time in his bed, so he doesn't usually fall asleep until 7:30pm or so. My daughter is a little trickier, but I mostly stick to 7. There are nights things go late and so i let it slide, but I try as best I can to keep them to their routine. Also, when nights don't go so well I tend to be more relaxed about it. Like tonight we got to bed 30 mins late, but that's okay. I'll be a little more firm with them when they are older.
