Im about to freak out

I don't know what to do
I feel like I am on the brink of a mental breakdown
I feel unappreciated and unloved.
All I can do is say negative things
I just want to cry :(
Help me fix myself up a bit here

  • IDK sweetie. I once sent myself flowers saying From your secret admirer. They were delivered to our house when my husband was home...." I ran and hugged him and kissed him saying thanks baby". Ya know he never said a word........still hasn't and we are coming up on 25 years. LOl. Get creative not negative, depressed, cry....etc...get creative. If that fails put a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in his game system and be shocked when he See's it! Not really but ya know "creative". Smile....this will pass sweetie.

  • *SLAPS YOU!* Snap out of it...
    Period maybe coming?
Maybe your SO is just making you this way?
    Kids driving you nuts?

Either way, snap out of it!

  • I really dont know
I don't think its my son
    I think its my SO
he goes to work comes home heads to his video games
and I dont see him again until I beg him to come out
then he gets mad he has to leave them
He says that it is his way of winding down from his day
but it makes me feel like he doesn't want to be around me
SO all I do is nag nag nag
I need to positive but have no idea where to start

  • Oh no! My ex was just like this! He worked offshore for 2 weeks, home 1. When he got home ALL he did was play the damn xBox. I swear, I wanted to take a hammer to it so many damn times!!
Finally, I got fed up and told him to GTF out! Best damn decision I've ever made. The video games did take a toll on me. My older son is not allowed to play them anymore, cause he gets addicted and his moods change, DRASTICALLY!

I'm not trying to be mean or not give you hope, but leave his sorry ass. Life is more than just video games and Call of Duty. That's for damn sure!

I have a man now who will drop his iPod in a split second with no questions asked.

  • Honestly IMO the best fast fix is a day just for you! Spa day!!! If you cant afford one, do an at home one. Dye your hair, or get a hair cut, do your nails, buy yourself a new outfit. It will boost your confidence and give you a bit of a break from all the stress. It also might get your SO's attention and he will realize what a gorgous women he has and he needs to appreciate her
