Toddler Bed

I am looking to make our crib into a toddler bed. Will twin size bedding like the sheet and comforter fit the bed?

  • If you are using the crib mattress, no, it will not fit.

  • Toddler bedding, which is basically just crib bedding. Much smaller than full-size.

  • Well my thought process is...

We are going to try out the toddler bed and in a month or two move her into a bigger bed prob a twin. Sorry not a full size. and then we can just transfer the sheets so we do not have to buy 2 sets that are completely different.

  • That's what we did for our 2.5 yr old, mama-john. She had a toddler bed for a few months, then we got her a twin bed, but it is real low to the ground. We just used a twin-sized sheet for the toddler mattress and tucked it in tightly underneath (the fitted sheet) and folded the top sheet to fit until then.

  • I am afraid, it wouldn’t. What you could do is take the size of the toddler bed and check out the twin bedding available online at some good shopping portals. The product descriptions will mention the size of the twin bedding. This way you will know if it fits well. I would recommend for their twin bedding sheets and toddler beds.
