Im starting the Low Carb diet

I was wanting to know sum foods that don't have any carbs. Also you can list low carb foods also. Thanks God bless

  • Fruits and veggies have carbs, too, though not as many as bread and pasta.

  • fruits actually contain 80% carbs.

    I strongly recommend you dont do this....low carb diets are very bad for your health. your body needs the carbs.

  • Yes, the body needs carbs, but there is a difference between good and bad carbs. I've been successful with South Beach Diet for 5 years. Check out websites out there, the books, etc. If you don't want to buy the books, borrow them from the library first. I am not trying to advocate just this diet, but do educate yourself first. Good luck. If you need a cheerleader, I'm excellent at it!
