What's the best vitamin for aches and pains?

I'm not taking any vitamins at the moment.

  • I suppose it depends on what is causing the aches and pains. Magnesium deficiency is really common and can cause pain. Potassium can ease the pain from working out too much. Vitamin C helps to repair cells. What is causing the pain?
