What is your favorite nonfiction book?

Augusten Burroughs, author of Running With Scissors, is a favorite of mine & it's mostly because of the humor he finds in everything. The 'shock & awe' factor is what sets him apart from all the others. So, what would you recommend after what I've described as a good read?

  • I really enjoyed "The Autobiography of Angela Davis" but that might be a little bit heavy.....another really good non-fiction read is "No Disrespect" by Sistah Souljah....it's humerous, and a little sad....a great book that I've read about 4 times.

  • Thanks for the feedback! I just finished a memoir called "finding fish" which is about a man named Antwone Quenton Fisher & I think Lucky209 might like it if you're looking for a new read too!!
