Any suggestions on low maintainace house plants? Some parts of my house are low light and some are high, but none are all day light. I would love to have house plants, but I never seem to have much luck with them.

  • Philodendron and pothos are easy to grow and do not need direct sun. I have great luck with African violets. They need a couple of hours of sun either in th AM or afternoon. Google all these if not familiar with them. Good luck!

  • I use fake plants around my house (because I just end up killing them), but I like the other posters suggestions- Aloe Vera.
