What to bring to my childbirth class?

Somebody told me to bring pillows?

  • We all had to bring a blanket because we did some work on the floor- practicing pelvic tilts and positions to get in for your partner to relieve pressure on your back, etc. I would bring a pillow from your bed and a blanket big enough to throw down on the floor. I just used a fleece throw that I keep on my couch.

  • I had a jumbo sized pillow. What pillow you use is up to you... but I'd buy one specifically for the purpose and to take to the hospital.
