  • Crowning is most definitely the worst. I hardly felt the placenta at all with all 3.

  • Not for me it wasnt. It was the head and shoulders of both my 8 1/2 pound kid's that hurt the worst coming out.

  • I agree that crowning was the most painful for me, but the delivery of the placenta was definetly uncomfortable...i would not call it painful though.

  • Not for me... I dont really even remember feeling it much, a little pressure thats it. It was the scariest part though, mostly because I didnt know you have to push that out too and after I had my son I thought I was done, then the doctor said one more good push... I YELLED " there is another one!?" So at least you know!!!!
