Questions to ask for preschool enrollment...

Long story short, I have to find a new preschool for my son...I have no idea what questions to ask because when my daughter went, a good friend was her teacher and I knew she would be well taken care of, my son was accepted also under the same circumstances...but now, she's gone and I'm looking for a new preschool...what type of questions should I ask when I call, and also for when I go in and actually look at the places? Thanks!
