  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or turkey
    1/2 cup salsa
    bread crumbs
    1 beat egg
at least 1/2 cup of cheese (more if you want)
onion and garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
put in crockpot on low all day or in the oven...I don't know 60-90 mins, whatever it would take in the oven

  • I don't measure anything I just throw it all together-
2-3 lbs of hamburger, instant oatmeal or crackers (crubled up)
one of the tiny cans of tomato sauce
    couple eggs
    season- all
grated carrots (not a lot -maybe a couple big ones or a handful of the baby ones) (hubby used to use babyfood carrots when he was a cook)
    a little syrup
    a little teriaki sauce
mix it up and cook it covered for about an hour and a half on 350
toward the end, I mix up a little ketchup and syprup and put it on top and leave it uncovered for a bit to finish

  • I just throw a pound of ground turkey into a bowl with some diced onion, peppers, handful of bread crumbs, egg, garlic and sometimes some bbq sauce and call it good.

  • I use Hunt's meat loaf mix, plus add grated carrots and green peppers and onions. I also make my own fresh bread crumbs, and just follow baking directions on can. I also mix a small can of tomato sauce with about 1/2 cup brown sugar and spread over meat loaf before putting it in oven.

  • I just chop onions and peppers and toss them in with random spices and ketchup! I never measure anything :( Ha.

  • I never measure things out. I put in bread crumbs, egg, onions, garlic powder, milk, parsley and ketchup.

  • I tear up a few slices of bread, put in a couple eggs, toss in some garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, mince up an onion - sometimes I saute the onion first, sometimes not.... put in the oven for about an hour at 350 or so - o I "frost" the top with ketchup also before it goes in the oven.
