  • I'm not vegan, but there are lots of helpful websites that can help you transition. Are you vegetarian now? If not, you may want to transition slowly 1st by eliminating meat but keeping the dairy etc, then eliminating all animal products. I've found by changing habits slowly, it's easier to stick to them and give you time to find affordable ways to be vegan. It's relatively easy now to find vegan foods at your whole foods or other stores like that, but it can get so expensive if you don't give yourself a chance to learn what works!
