I never have counted that as a workout. You need to have your heart rate up for a consistent time. Unless you work for a moving company, it really can't be counted as a workout. Working out will probably make your job easier.
No, it's your norm and working out is just that, stirring up your routine in order to jump start your metabolism. You need an increase in heart rate and activity in order to lose weight or tone or do whatever it is your goal is.
