How often do you exercise?

Me, never. But, hopefully I get some encouraging answers & that changes.

  • I workout 6 days a week and have for the last year, though I built up to it slowly. I started w/ 3 days, adding a day when I felt ready.
    I run 4days, strength train and spin 2 days and also on my short run day do a Yoga/Pilates class sometimes will swim if I have time. My workouts are typically 90 min with the exception of my long run which has lasted 4 hrs (22 miles) as I'm training for a marathon. I've lost 68lbs over 2 yrs and now I love exercise and so do my kids as I find ways to include them

  • I would love to go to a gym and workout! but I'm physically limited so I can't do much. You never really appreciate what you ,do until your told you can't

  • 4x a week. I do cardio/weight training on Tues-Thurs and Zumba on Wed-Fri.

  • Twice a day. i try to burn 700-800 in the morning and then the other 200 to 300 at night. Usually something easy like a brisk walk or a bike ride. For me it's just easier to get it in twice a day.
