  • What do you mean? cooking, clothing, cleaning products? I do alot of baking from scratch. I have a few of my own cleaning products that my momma taught me (not like laundry soap or soap in general) but sewing....yeah out of the picture for me. Took me 3 weeks to complete one of those knotted blankets :)

  • I cook and bake from scratch. I went to chef school years and years ago. Why buy a cake mix when the scratch cake comes out 1000% better? Same with bread's. I know whats in my breads I make. Not so with a store bought bread.

  • Start small so you don't get overwhelmed.

Find a few recipes that you like and use them. And start replacing your Mr. Clean (or what ever floor cleaner you use) with white vinegar. You can also use white vinegar as fabric softener.

We bake a lot of bread and make our own pizza dough. Jams, salsas, tomato sauces are all home made by me as my garden starts producing.
