  • I believe it mostly sugar from tomato paste and vinegar. It may have some antioxidants which has a few benefits. So, not it's not a veggie, but it's not ALL bad for you.

  • No it doesn't count .. the tomato is so processed and other stuff added to it that their is no nutrition to it
