Fastest way to lose 10 lbs!

I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks Ladies I need your advice!

  • Exercise and cut ALL but 5 grams of fat out of your daily diet. If you take in almost no fat your body has to burn it's fat store to digest food or give you energy.

  • Cut off a leg.
    Seriously, there's no way to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Plus, no one but you will notice a 10 lbs difference. Seriously. That's so unhealthy.

  • You could eat the light progresso and light campbells soup for lunch and dinner only for 2 weeks. You might drop 5-7 lbs.:)

    300 cal breakfast
    100 cal snack
    300 cal lunch
    100 cal snack
    300 cal dinner
    100 cal snack = 1200 cal per day

  • Probably impossible unless you starve yourself.
    Just eat super healthy and do cardio. You could lose 6 pounds in two weeks.

  • lots of water, fruit, veggies and healthy protein like chix and fish. NO fired foods, pop, or CARBS. No Carbs is key and nothing but water and/or tea without caffeine.
