Cutting boards: Which do you like to use?

My favorite wood cutting board broke today. I've had it for 17 years and pretreated it every week.
In those 17 years I have been given - and used- 10 plastic cutting boards, two silicone and one marble.
The plastic ones scored easily and became useless, the silicone ones never stayed flat enough and the marble worked great, but was very heavy and shattered in a move.
So what are your opinions and thoughts? Which one rule supreme in your kitchen?

  • I love my bamboo cutting board for veggies, and my cutco plastic ones for meat.
