39 weeks and 3 days....

and for some reason i keep getting dizzy spells. this is the second day of the dizzy spells. what is going on?? does any of you ladies know whats going on??

  • Are you drinking a lot of sugary drinks?  I read on Cafemom once that it can cause dizziness.

  • are you keeping hydrated. I know when i didnt drink enough i would get very dizzy.

  • That happened to me during the last weeks, I wasn't eating enough or eating filling foods. Once I did I felt fine.

  • I was getting that toward the end with my daughter too. I couldn't figure it out, so one day I got the idea maybe it was her position. I did some light stretching and tried to move around different ways until I got her moving and then I felt fine. I would just try and eat some protein-based snacks every 2 hours and drink a lot of water. That should help. Also, if your blood pressure has been an issue for you, you might want to make a call to the midwife, just in case it could be related to that. Plus, this is when your body is putting out another surge of hormones, so that could be all it is.

  • For me I wasn't eating enough, I do not know if that is the case with you.If it continues to be bothorsome I would tell your dr

  • Call your doc ASAP - it can be a sign of high blood pressure, which isn't good.
