When doing laundry....

Do you add soap before the clothes or add clothes then the soap? I turn on machine, add soap then clothes

  • My washing machine instructions said to add soap, then clothes, then shut the lid to start, so that's how I do it.

  • My machine came with instructions soap, clothes and it doesn't start without the lid closed.

  • I have a front loader ... so I have a separate lil thingy for the detergent. So I always put the clothes in first and then the detergent.

  • I have a front loader so I put clothes in then add soap in the little compartment but when I had top loader I always put clothes in,started it,then put soap on top idk just habit I guess.
