1 Bump

Is this right for a 2 month old or is he a bit advanced?

He has turned a few times, he holds his head up already, is constantly babbling away, and follows lights, voices, faces, ect. very well. I don't remember my 4 year old doing all those things so soon...what do you think?

  • I would say that is completely normal.. My son was 6 weeks old the first time he rolled over from stomach to back.. Was holding his head up on his own from birth pretty much... Every child is different.. But that sounds normal to me!

  • What do you mean about turn? Rolling over? My dd started doing that at two months also. She is 4 months now and only turned over twice.

  • The second one usually learns to do things faster. My 3 year old never rolled over on his own until 6months and then started army crawling at 6 and half months, but never sat up on his own until he was 8 and half months.
my 6month old son, rolled over at 3 and half months, and now goes all over the place, even can stand for a split second by himself. He babbled at 1month, and started following lights and voices at 2months. NOw he knows his name and starts temper tantrums
