  • I'll be making turkey, etc. I am hoping that my SIL will bring roast pork and sauerkraut. I'd like a new vegetable side dish, too. My family won't eat brocolli or cauliflower. I can't think what else....perhaps peas and baby onions.

  • Ham for sure, mashed potatoes, scalloped corn, is all the fun foods everyone will bring that I'm already dying for (I know I know, it's 3 days after thanksgiving but I'm pregnant! lol) My grandma makes those bacon wrapped water chestnuts that I will out eat a grown man on, my cousin makes sweet meat balls, my mother makes snicker apple salad, my aunt makes some kind of cheesy bread dip every year and its amazing...and my family always asks me to bring peanut butter cookies and almond poppyseed muffins.

  • We do something different each yr, one yr I pulled the grill out and did steaks...
This yr I am having 2 dinners back to back so I am making boneless ham with patotoe salad and assorted dips, trays, treats...
It is going to be similar to an indoor pinic this yr....

  • We go a little "all out" for Christmas Eve We are having prime rib, rice (because I eat it with everything), potatoes, vegetables- perhaps asparagus with sautéed mushrooms and maybe glazed carrots, pasta dish (maybe), rolls, and I am undecided on dessert.
