  • My husband and I are sort of putting of a 3rd for that reason. Not just the lack of job security due to the bad economy, but he also pays out half of every check to child support. Because of this we have been living with family for over 2 years. We are trying to get his support lowered though which might change his mind about trying again soon. I sure hope so, I have baby fever!!!! lol

  • No. We are currently TTC #2

  • Yes. We thought it would be better if we had our finances in order, debt paid off, and start a college fund for our DS before bringing in a new one. It just makes sense to us since we pretty much live paycheck to paycheck.

  • Wish your DH's would sit down and talk with mine! He just told me last night he doesn't want to start TTC again for AT LEAST 2 years, minimum, due to finances and such. I understand not wanting to be broke if we have another one but I am worried about putting such a large age gap between our first 2 and our 3rd since we plan on stopping at 3. I am afraid it will affect their sibling relationship and leave #3 feeling lonely and kind of outcast :(

  • we were... and then even my parents pointed out that with all the government and tax help there are for people who dont make a lot like us, that we would be BETTER OFF actually having kids, even now, even with no extra money, even with no insurance. how sad is that? but we wanted to start, so we figure, might as well!!
