What's for dinner tomorrow night?

I have beef tips. I'm bored with goulash & stroganoff. Any ideas?

  • Ingredients
    · 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    · 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
    · 2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning
    · 1 cup barbeque sauce
    · 2 pounds beef sirloin tip steaks
    Directions
    1. In a medium bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, Italian-style salad dressing, garlic pepper seasoning, and barbeque sauce. Place the meat in the marinade, and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    2. Preheat grill for high heat.
Brush grill lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Place steaks on the grill, and discard marinade. Grill steaks 10 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.

  • We are going out for dinner. Probably a steak or seafood place. Maybe even both!

  • We're having baked ziti with homemade ricotta, artichokes and something for dessert.

Haven't had any form of meat in the house in years, so sorry, no help there.

  • Sounds good! Love my crock pot! I'll have to use soy or teriyaki - deadly seafood allergy in the house (worsteshire has anchovie paste)
