  • I don't want to sound like a commercial, and there is no profit in it for me. But I have read a good book called "From Belly Fat to Belly Flat" and I got it on amazon.com. It explains what exactly is going on, and things you can do to assist with the problems. I just turned 40, and have been having perimenopausal symptoms for 2 years. It stinks, doesn't it? Started taking supplements recommended in the book, ditched the b.c. pill, and I do have relief. It's much more manageable than it was 6 months ago.
