Help! My son keeps throwing temper tantrums at age three and half!

what should I do? I'm going crazy!

  • Crazy mentod that worked for me. Get down on the floor and join in to make it a fun moment. He will realize you took away his stronghold on you and will get up. If he fails to stop, walk away and continue on with whatever you were doing previously. They normally will stop if you don't pay attention. If you are in a store, leave, sit in the car and just read a book til they stop. Most will realize they aren't going to win and will stop quickly.

  • Have consistent rules. Let him make choices whenever possible. Give praise when he does things right. Plus make sure he has one on one time with you often. Do things together for awhile so he knows how you expect things to be done.
