I need healthy ideas on things to pack for my lunch at work

    Boiled egg


    Wholewheat wraps that can be filled with any number of things: leftover chicken and lettuce with a little plum sauce is one of my favs.

  • baby carrots, celery, fruit, whole wheat crackers, low fat cheese, bottled water (w/flavored sugarfree drink packets), sugar free jello or pudding cups, almond butter and pomegranite jelly sandwiches on whole grain bread, homemade burritos out of whole wheat tortillas, fat free refried beans, and low fat or fat free cheese, salad with dressing in a separate container...
