Any technique to fight pregnancy emotions?

I'm 18 weeks & keep feeling weak & sad. I try to keep my chin up & shake it off. Seems like it's only getting stronger.

  • Rest & exercise and give yourself permission to be scared, weak and sad at times it is totally normal you are going through a big change in you life and body.

  • take some time to just let your emtions out, sometimes a good cry makes you feel better, normally if i watch something that has a baby in it i get excited, and cant wait, or if i sit down and talk with my husband even thouh he might be clueless abotu some stuff lol it really helps, also dont ever think you are too old to call your mom and just talk it out with her :)
