Do you ever feel more hungry AFTER you eat

so I just had a small piece of chicken for lunch. I wasn't even feeling hungry. I just wanted to eat something.
now my stomach is growling.
anyone know why that is?? was I just going to feel hungry now anyway or what

i really want to eat something else but I'm trying to eat better today. I've had a horrible week.

  • You probably need to figure out why you're eating when not hungry (bored or stressed?) and address that, but a small piece of chicken probably wasn't enough to keep the hunger at bay when your body was really hungry.
Add the chicken to some fresh spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers and whatever you like in a salad. Add a little olive oil and some lemon juice or some avocado for some healthy fats. That way you'll be filling yourself up with good healthy food, but eating enough to keep hunger away.
