1 Bump

How long after you lost your mucus plug did you have the baby?

I was just wondering the differences in pregnancies. Such as did it take longer if it was your first? Did it happen all at once or was it over time? Just wondering.

  • I didn't know I HAD lost my mucus plug but when the bursts of pain started coming I walked and took a nice soothing shower with lavender and peppermint soap then it took about 4 hours after that.

  • Well, I started losing pieces at like 36 weeks, but after I lost the whole plug, I had her about 2.5 hours later (I was about 6.5cm when it all finally came out).

  • My first, I lost my plug at 36 or 37 weeks, and no labor by my scheduled C-section at 39 weeks 2 days.

My second, I lost my plug on a Friday night and went into labor the following night.
