  • I've done my part this month, with inviting a family psychologist, and a school counselor to lecture our youth at church all this month on Sunday nights. And our MMA fighter church member to give free self defense classes every Tuesday night.

  • ochsamom - Honestly just responding to me is enough. It shows that you have opened this up, looked at it and thought enough about it to respond to it. We just need to make people aware it is so prevalent. And I have a suggestion of something to add about what to teach your daughter if you don't mind me saying it...also tell her that friends are not always friends. More often than not sexual assault is done by someone you know and trust.
