  • I let the dentist do it. It's MUCH safer than the home whiteners. And dosnt leave your teeth sensitive and pouris like the home ones do.

  • i brush my teeth with toothpaste and baking soda and then use ACT restoring mouth wash so my teeth don't get sensitive

  • Make a paste of baking soda and water. Brush with it once a day for a few days. Use regular toothpaste the rest of the day. It's not recommended for constant use. Don't know why.

  • kimimale it's not recommended for constant use because baking soda is VERY abrasive and can scrape the enamel off your teeth..hence why i use the enamel strengthening mouthwash

  • I would whiten teeth with brushing three times a day and not smoking.

  • I let the dentist do it. It's much safer than the home whiteners. also I use a whitening toothpaste
