  • I haven't celebrated it in a very long time. When we were still in Mexico, we used to go to the cemetery to 'visit' our dead relatives. We'd take food (including the dead person's favorites), drinks, candles and probably some other stuff I can't remember ( I was a kid). We would stay there all night and visit all of our dead loved ones. Except for prayer, there were no ceremonies or rituals of any kind. We would just sur sit around the grave and I guess 'hang out' with the dead person and all the family. Looking back on it, it sounds pretty creepy, but I remember it being a lot of fun lol

  • I think Day of the Dead is a very cool thing, and though I have never done anything for it, I love what I've learned of it.
