What do you make with your easter eggs?

It's just the 2 of us now, and we don't like hard boiled eggs. If I made deviled eggs, we'd maybe eat 2 or 3 before they went bad.

  • a regular salad also. And I love picklled eggs (place them in pickled beet juice). If you don't like eggs but still have little ones that like coloring them....I have done up little ceramic eggs (buy at craft store) or the little wooden ones and let them "paint" them - treasures you can keep FOREVER the only down side to that is I only let each child do 2 per year....but we have quiet the conversations now tht they are older
