Is it difficult or easy to adopt?

I'm thinking about maybe adopting a Chinese or a Japanese boy or girl.

  • Are you prepared for a 6-8 year wait? The current wait for China is close to 5 years and lengthening every month...we adopted from China 4 yrs ago and we waited 2 years and spent $26K. Let me know if you have questions....

  • Expensive, and difficult. There are lots of kids in our own foster system that will spend the rest of their childhood in group homes and foster homes then dumped out into our society. It would be a lot less to adopt here, and wouldn't take as long. This is just my opinion. :)
