  • You'd have to check your specific polocy to see if part or all of vision care including glasses are included. You may still have a deductible, you may not. I know my insurance will cover and exam and one pair of glasses once a year, I can't splurge and get designer glasses and you have to make sure where you go accepts your insurance.

  • Yes, heavy computer work can definitely impact your vision. Get your eyes checked. As for insurance, they're all different ... some cover it 100%, some only a portion, and some none at all. Good luck.

  • Even if it's not covered by your insurance it doesn't cost TOO much.

  • Yeah, staring at a computer all day can affect your vision. Check your policy to see if it covers vision.

  • Just an FYI, the eye clinics in Super Walmart only charge $45 for an eye exam if you don't have good insurance coverage.

  • Yes, staring at a computer for 12 hrs a day can affect your sight. GO TO THE EYE DOCTOR. Also, most health insurance does NOT cover eye care. You would need vision insurance for that...check your policy or HR department to see what is covered.
