  • When i quit I got a big bag of dum dums and everytime i had a craving i went outside and ate a lollypop... it worked for me cause i didnt smoke in the house and i was still in my routine. i did that for about 2-3 weeks. GL

  • I had a coworker who would eat altoids. Another person I knew ate starburts. I dont know why this helps. Occupying the mouth or something...

  • I quit using Chantix but I also had a bunch of weird side effects happen to me while I was on it.

  • Dum-dums, gum or another hard candy instead of a cig can be a big help. I found that exercising also helped me quit. I walk a lot and it cuts back on the craving. Chantix or nicoret have good reviews if they want the help. Good luck to them, it can be difficult.

  • depends on what has her hooked... if its the nicotine only then id say the patch. If its a physical thing, lollipops or gum help
