i made a sheet baner .. . a banner out of an old sheet and painted on it with washable paint and with black acyrlic painted "welcome home daddy" on it..
its suppose to rain the day he comes home ad like 3 or 4 days after it..after i dont care but i wanted to put the banner up outside. its going to be under a carport but i do exspect it to get wet...
my question is...
will the paint run if i hang this outside and it rains?

No, acrylic paints are permanent and especially if you used washable paint. I used regular acrylic paints & made garden signs for my yard years ago & they never even faded.
