  • Yes, I am. I let people with smaller amounts of groceries go ahead of me in line. I help my elders when I see them struggling to do something for themselves. I hold the door for people coming in or out at the same time as me. I check on my neighbors during the winter. I notice when something isn't right at someone's home and check into it. I've stopped traffic when a little girl fell on her bike and her shoelaces got caught in the chain. So many things I can't name them all.......

  • Absolutely! As a former paramedic and current Red Cross CPR and First Aid Instructor (and Instructor Trainer) for the past 25 years, I not only preach being a Good Samaritan but practice it as well.

  • I generally don't identify with Biblical mythology, nor am I from Samaria, so good "Samaritan", no.

However, I do consider myself a good person, as I always try to help anyone who needs it if I can.

  • I believe that I am a good, decent person and human citizen. Helping another who is in need should not be considered above and beyond behavior, but rather a basic indication of how man should treat fellow man.
